On September 11, and 12, the Griggs crew had their turn camping. According to Mrs. Griggs, the students were "absolutely fantastic".
They participated in a challenging hike, learned they could survive a night away from home, and outside. A lot of great crew building happens on these campouts and you can see in the pictures that sometimes crew building means giggles! And, of course, it's a pretty big deal, when you're learning about pollinators, to spot a caterpillar or two in the wild.
As always we are so thankful for parents who come along to help make these trips a success. Thank you to our adventure coordinator, Mr. Travis, as well for the hard work, planning, and extra care he puts into providing these awesome experiences.
